This was the first 200-cover restaurant design for the Eastern Mediterranean brand Brother Marcus under Finch Interiors, which i am proud to have shaped. The brief was to create an authentic extension of the look and feel for the brand that combined the modern Eastern Mediterranean flavours of the menu and the materiality of an authentic greek taverna. Sustainability and cost effective design details were demonstrated through reclaimed materials forming joinery details, recycled existing marble slabs from the pre existing fit designed into bar tops and panelling features. The custom-made pergolar seating feature situated within the market ensured more revenue could be made by maximising covers not forgetting an eye-catching design for any BAU..
